Ever just had the most random thing cross your mind?  Like why church clothes are called church clothes or reflections on your eighth grade English teacher.  These are the thoughts that clutter my mind and they are spilled out in this blog.  Most of them seemingly make no sense, but inside each one we sometimes find a lesson, a nugget of life to hold onto.

As a graduate of Lee University and have spent more than 10 years of life living side by side with teenagers.  Some call it youth pastoring.  I have been the featured speaker at camps, retreats and youth events. I currently serve at LifeGate Church in Lexington, KY as Director of Lifegroups and lead a great group of college and young adults called Ignite.

I  have been married to Meredith, who is better than I deserve, for 13 years and have three children, Andrew (10), Isaac (8), and Avery (4). We currently serve at LifeGate Church a church plant in Lexington, KY..
